Greenstamp is one of the New England’s leading insulation installers for the residential and new construction markets. We are always looking for hardworking Insulation Crew Members who are team-oriented and interested in learning the Insulation Trade.
The ideal candidates will have previous experience weatherization and insulation work – residential construction experience, with hands-on weatherization work, including air sealing and blown-in cellulose preferred.
If you have construction or labor experience, we provide on-the-job training.
Requirements
Insulation Crew Member candidates must be able to:
- Operate a variety of hand and power tools.
- Work in tight places or in high places from ladders or scaffolding.
- Lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
- Climb ladders and scaffolding.
- Bend, twist and turn body at shoulders, waist and knees to handle and install insulation.
- Stand for extended periods of time.
Candidates must pass extensive pre-employment national criminal background check and drug screening.
Applicants must have a valid driver’s license with at least three (3) years clean driving record.
The Insulation Crew Member will participate in all required training sessions and company meetings, and is expected to assist with planning and other tasks as assigned.
This position requires leaving early each morning in a company truck from our office/warehouse, performing both interior and exterior work in all types of weather at residences and unloading the truck at the end of the day.
Pay Structure
Hourly rate commensurate on experience + many opportunities for overtime
