Buckman Tavern
Built in 1690, Buckman Tavern was the first public house in Lexington, MA. After completing a thorough energy assessment, Greenstamp began the work of bringing the building – now a museum — to contemporary compliance standards. Given the age and the building practices used in the 1600s, the Greenstamp team faced many challenges during the insulation planning and installation phases. With hard work and care, Greenstamp played a role in preserving this historic landmark as an important part of American history, and a popular destination. (Insulation historic retrofit)
Alvah Kittredge House
This historic home is located in Boston. The Greek Revival was built in 1836 and added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1973. After being unoccupied for decades, Historic Boston began redeveloping the home in 2013. Greenstamp was hired to design and install the insulation, while maintaining the historical structure. The team successfully overcame the variety of challenges presented in an unmaintained 175 year old home. Greenstamp completed the insulation project while maintaining the design integrity of the home. (Insulation historical retrofit)

Scotch Pine Development
These beautifully renovated, gracious Colonial homes on the Peirce Estates are located in Wellesley, MA. Naturally, the architect and builder contacted Greenstamp. Greenstamp designed and installed insulation for heating and cooling, acoustics, as well as inside pools and hot tubs.
